Terms of delivery

Prices effective March 1, 2011 and are subject to change without notice.

Terms: Net 30 days when credit is established. All major credit cards are accepted. All prices are in US Dollars.

Conditions: FOB Elkridge, MD. Returns on un-opened packages are allowed within 30 days and are subject to authorization and a 20% re-stocking fee.

Warranty: Grafi-System is covered by a one-year warranty on all component parts against defects in workmanship and material.  Replacement parts required because of such defects will be provided by Jalema.  Jalema profiles have been designed to carry a heavy load, however, Jalema cannot be held liable for any damages caused by exceeding the maximum length of the Duo-profile, the maximum uniform load capacity, or use for other purposes than they are intended.
